First week of school is in the books!! I am happy to report that it went well and that Katie had a great time. She likes her teacher and I think that she is going to do well with Mrs. Soukup. Katie and I skipped the football game last night - the first game of the year, because it was raining cats and dogs. Xavier won, and Katie and I stayed dry!!

We're BACK!!!

I've heard from quite a few of my non-Facebook friends wanting to know if I am ever going to post anymore on my blog.... so, we're back!

Katie went back to school today. Hard to believe that my cranky blue-eyed baby is now a beautiful second grader! Her teacher is Mrs. Soukup and she was happy to know that her friends, Hannah and Ryan were in here class again this year. They have been in the same class since preschool, so it's kinda neat that for 5 years they have been together.

My goal is to post weekly, so check back!!
