Happy Thanksgiving

I just wanted to wish all of my friends and family a very Happy Thanksgiving!! I am so thankful for all of the blessings in my life - I am a very fortunate lady.

I am so thankful for my beautiful daughter, Katie. I cannot imagine my life without her - she makes me laugh, smile, scream, cry and somedays is the only reason that I get out of bed. She is a special child and I am truly blessed to have her as my daughter.

I am so thankful for my parents. I know that I am loved no matter what because of them. I have always had their love and support and they have always been there for me. I appreciate the great start that they gave me and their continuing presence in my life. I hope that I am able to parent my child as well as they have parented me and my siblings.

I am so thankful for my brothers and sister. My built in best friends. I am the luckiest person in the world that we all love and more importantly like each other.

I am so thankful for my "extra" brother and sister. I know how lucky I am that not only do I consider my siblings to be my best friends, but that they made such great choices in their spouses. My new brother and sister are such a blessed addition to my family and I am grateful that I get to call them family.
I am so thankful for my niece and my three nephews. I love watching them grow up with my daughter and their interactions. I love talking to them and hearing their ideas and thoughts. I love it that my brother and sister-in-law share them with us.

I am so thankful for my Grandparents. I know how blessed I am to be 39 years old and to have four healthy grandparents. I thank God everyday for letting me know my Grandparents and getting to enjoy them for so long. I learn from them and treasure the memories that they share with me.

I am so thankful for my family. I truly enjoy being with my cousins and aunts and uncles. Not many people can say that they enjoy being around their families, but to me there are no other people that I would want to spend my time around.

I am so thankful for my "other" family. I have the world's greatest ex-husband and I am thankful that we are able to maintain our friendship, even though we aren't together anymore. I am thankful that he is my partner in raising our beautiful daughter and that we can still do so without trouble. I am thankful for Katie's other grandparents. They are such wonderful grandparents to my little girl and they are wonderful to me. I am lucky that this relationship has survived.

I am so thankful for my friends. I have been blessed with an abundance of friends and special people in my life.

I am thankful for my job. It is frustrating at times, but I love the people that I work with and I enjoy helping families and children. I am thankful that not only do I have a job, but one that I truly love.

I am thankful for my house. I am thankful that my daughter has such a nice place to grow up and a neighborhood full of laughter, bicycles and friendly faces.

I am thankful for my health.

I am thankful for so many things. I hope that you are enjoying your many blessings on this special day.

Love, Kelly
